Stock EVALuator
Stock EVALuator is a programme designed for landlords with property holdings of up to 10,000 properties who need a simple easy to use method of budgeting and reporting.
Once registered with Evaluator, the programme is available securely online, saving potential difficulties with incompatible computer systems, and allowing for automatic upgrades.
Clients have the option of maintaining their own stock information and creating their own budgets and reports, or using EAC’s consultancy services to do this on their behalf.
Clients of previous versions of this software have included local authorities and Housing Association.
