The Energy Audit Company
EAC was established in 1991 to provide specialist services to the housing industry - social housing in particular. We have offices in London and Northumberland, but our work spans all parts of the United Kingdom.
Our directors David Johnston and Bill Wilkinson have many years of experience in the field of energy efficient buildings, particularly houses. Our multidisciplinary team includes energy specialists, architects, data analysts, software designers and environmental consultants.
Clients have included many local authorities and housing associations, including some of the country’s largest, as well as insulation and heating suppliers, developers and contractors and a large number of architectural and surveying practices.
We also use our expertise to train others and run many courses around the country.
In 2006 EAC was a finalist in the Ashden Awards for Sustainable Energy, which celebrates ‘inspiring sustainable energy solutions in the UK and developing world’.
