A FRESH APPROACH Energy Audit Company (EAC) has many years experience of working for and with Registered Social Landlords. EAC has developed an approach to the delivery of reliable, cost effective Stock Condition Analysis, which embodies the DETR’s guidance and recommendations.
RELEVANT INFORMATION We have created a two level approach. An initial level where the information required to provide budgets and maintenance programmes has been refined to a usable minimum, and a more detailed level for more accurate analysis. The detailed level requires on site condition surveys, the first level can be completed substantially from office records and some back up site surveys, which means that we can establish a reliable 100% database for less than the cost of a traditional 10% survey.
Both levels of operation will:
- Produce reports sufficient to meet the requirements of planned maintenance budgeting, life cycle analysis, HIP, MRA and Asset Plan requirements.
- Provide a full address list for all budgeted work in each year.
- Provide maintenance programs taking account of budgetary constraints over a 30+ year period.
- Provide data that can be updated and expanded, and so does not go out of date, and reduces the need for future surveys.
